If you're unable to upload your files or cannot see your uploaded files, here are a few tips:

Check your internet connection. Slow and unreliable connections may attribute to slow uploads.

Try a different browser, certain browsers work better on certain machines. We recommend Chrome or Firefox as it works better with our website.

Check the upload specifications. Sometimes it may be due to the wrong format or codec used.

Visit the Manage my Elements page once you have completed uploading a batch upload. Visiting Manage my Elements triggers the site to check your account for any new uploads and generates them into individual Elements.

Give Element generation and preview generation a few hours as we might be receiving a huge load of files from various places.
