How long will it take to process my files?

Process speed of your files depends on:

1. Speed of your internet connection (for upload)
2. Queue on our servers (for Element / preview generation)

MotionElements accepts content from all around the world. Your content should be uploaded, generated as an Element and have available previews within 24 hours. Occasionally there will be huge volumes of upload traffic and may affect upload, Element generation, and preview generation.
