I can’t find my VR 360° videos in my Elements page, what should I do?

1. Check if your videos are in line with our upload specifications.

• Upload specifications for videos, animation, VR 360° videos, and photos 
  
  

2. Check if your videos have been classified in the right media type.

• Go to Elements page.

• Select the videos that are missing in the VR 360° Elements page.
• Click Edit Elements and select Media Type from the dropdown menu.
  Set your Elements to 360° Video.

 

• Click Save and the VR videos will be on your VR 360° Elements page.
